Nylon Net Building Has Been Purchased
The Daily Memphian. November 4, 2020. Carlisle LLC went ahead on Monday, Nov. 2, and purchased 7 Vance, the vacant, unsteady but historic Nylon Net Building. The development company completed the purchase even though it does not yet have approvals it seeks from local government for its latest redevelopment plan. Carlisle paid Drapac Capital Partners $3.15 million for the 225,000-square-foot warehouse in the South Main District.
