Steimer Says: Five developments to watch in 2021

There are five projects I have my eye on in 2021 to gauge the future of Shelby County real estate: Pinch District, Union Row/The Walk, Northside High School, Loews, and Lake District.
These projects are ones I expect to be writing about multiple times in 2021. Each has the potential to make a major impact on its respective area of the city, and each will have its fair share of challenges ahead of it.
