Pursuant to prevailing law, State of Tennessee Executive Order No. 16, County of Shelby and City of Memphis Executive orders, the Center City Development Corporation (“CCDC”) has determined meeting electronically is necessary to protect the health, safety and welfare of Tennesseans in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Public notice is hereby given to all residents of the City of Memphis, TN and all persons interested that an open public Special Meeting of CCDC will be held, via electronic means only, on Monday, April 13, 2020, commencing at the hour of 4:00 p.m.

THERE WILL BE NO PHYSICAL PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE SPECIAL MEETING.

Attendance at the Special Meeting will be allowed via electronic participation only and anyone interested in attending this Special Meeting may participate as follows:
