Commercial Appeal. September 2, 2020. Memphis real estate developer Gabriel Velasquez filed a $1.5 million permit Tuesday to redevelop a vacant property at 64 S. Main St. into a mixed-use “lifestyle hub” for the neighborhood. Velasquez previously said the project could include offices and co-working spaces, rental spaces for pop-up shops, a boutique fitness center with gym equipment and group classes and eateries.
