How do I unlock MATA concession pricing?
If you receive concession pricing from MATA, you can apply this to your Groove On-Demand rides by tapping your profile picture or image at the top of the app menu, navigating to the Special Settings, and tapping the applicable concessions to turn it on. If you do not have the app, you can call (901) 763-8422 and have live support turn it on for you. Please note, you will be required to show your MATA issued ID card or Shelby County student ID card when boarding.
