Pursuant to prevailing law, State of Tennessee Executive Order No. 78 (extending Executive Order 71), County of Shelby and City of Memphis Executive orders, the Downtown Memphis Commission (“DMC”) has determined meeting electronically is necessary to protect the health, safety, and welfare of Tennesseans in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Public notice is hereby given to all residents of the City of Memphis, TN, and all persons interested that an open public meeting of Center City Revenue Finance Corporation (“CCRFC”) will be held, via electronic means only, on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, commencing at the hour of 9:00 a.m.

THERE WILL BE NO PHYSICAL PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE PUBLIC MEETING.

Attendance at the Public Meeting will be allowed via electronic participation only and anyone interested in attending this Public Meeting may participate as follows:

Consideration of the request from Wolf River Harbor Holdings, LLC, for a 20-year PILOT Lease for mixed-use commercial project & partial financing for public parking at 47 Keel & 0 Saffarans Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee; explanation of request; authorization of execution of necessary documents; and consideration of any other matters in connection therewith.

V. Consideration of loan to the Downtown Mobility Authority for the purchase of 100 North Main and the development or redevelopment of a parking garage on such site and construction of a parking garage at 47 Keel; explanation of request; authorization of execution of necessary documents; and consideration of any other matters in connection therewith.

VI. Consideration of the request from LHU Capital Region LLC for assignment of the existing PILOT lease for the property known as Court Square Center and located at 60 and 66 Main Street, Memphis Tennessee; explanation of request; authorization of execution of necessary documents; and consideration of any other matters in connection therewith.
