How to Access the Rate:
To activate the $5 rate, you must pay through any Premium Parking Platform Channel:
Follow the instructions at participating garages and lots to activate the rate. Select the 3HR For $5 parking promo when using the Premium Website, Premium Parking App, CameraPay (scan the posted QR code in the garage or parking lot), TextPay (instructions posted on site), parking rate not available at kiosks.

What happens if I stay parked longer than 3 hours?
You’ll get a text letting you know your 3-hour limit is about to expire. You can then choose to extend your stay by paying the regular hourly rate, which varies by location.
Can I use the $5 rate more than once in a day?
No. Each vehicle is limited to one $5 rate per day. The system tracks license plates and won’t let the same one use the promotion more than once a day.
What should I do if the $5 rate doesn’t apply or I run into issues?

Can I use the $5 rate during Downtown events?
The $5 rate may not be available during major events or peak times. Availability can change based on the event schedule, so check signs or the Premium Parking Platform Channel for up-to-date info. (The $5 parking rate isn't guaranteed during events at the FedEx Forum or Orpheum Theatre.)
What happens if I purchase parking 15 minutes before the promotion ends?
No worries! As long as you start your parking within the promo hours, you’ll get the full 3 hours at the $5 rate—even if your session runs past the promo’s end time.
