- All eastbound and westbound lanes of Dr. M.L.K. Jr. Avenue at South 4th Street
- All eastbound and westbound lanes of Vance Avenue at South 4th Street
- All northbound and southbound lanes of Riverside Drive at the I-55 Roundabout
- Intersection of South B.B. King Boulevard at Union Avenue
- Westbound traffic on Union Avenue will detour south on Hernando Street
- Eastbound traffic on Union Avenue will detour north on South B.B. King Boulevard
