The event is simple: Each Sunday for a month at Tom Lee Park, a few games of "dodge ball" will occur, but instead of using dodge balls, to beat the heat we would used water balloons. Could essentially do 3 or so rounds to ensure everyone is able to play a round.
Depending on how intricate the event can get, more could be added around it such as having a few mini inflatable pools, having some water guns and maybe even encourage some ice cream tastings with a few different sweet shops downtown for free or small fee.
