Free Fitness Events
The Downtown Memphis Commission supports 100+ free fitness events each year! But beyond organized fitness classes, Downtown is also a great place to hike, bike, kayak, canoe, or paddleboard! In Downtown, great experiences meet the great outdoors!
You can literally tour the Rock n Soul museum in the morning, kayak on the Mississippi in the afternoon, and then grab dinner from one of over 150 neighborhood restaurants and follow that up with some amazing live music on Beale!
