Join The Archives for a special Wine Pairing Dinner on Thursday, Jan. 30. Chef Phillip Dewayne has created an unforgettable four-course menu filled with delicious dishes you're sure to love. Wine pairings for each course have been carefully selected to ensure they complement the food pairings perfectly. The dinner begins promptly at 7 p.m., and a ticket is required to attend. Tickets are $60 per person, plus a 20% gratuity fee.

Starter: Butternut Squash Soup with Sage and Brown Butter
Entrée: Sea Bass with Squash Sauce and Toasted Barley
