Yoga Honeys - Movement Medicine for Women of Color
We are super excited to re-launch this soulful community that celebrates, affirms and embraces Y-O-U! Join us for a rejuvenating experience curtaed to align with the beautiful energy of Urevbu Contemporary in South Main, downtown Memphis, TN.
Enjoy a sacred Sunday immersion that offers a non-traditional way to cultivate your spirituality. Engage your whole being in mindful movement, cultural connection, self-discovery and communion with the divine. This month's medicine is accessible to all ability levens and will include kemetic yoga/meditation with Jackie O! and Sacred Sensual Movement with Anjel of Alkemy.
