Birdie’s Indoor Golf & Bar Coming to Downtown Memphis
Birdie’s Indoor Golf & Bar owner Bryan Duffel told “Wake Up Memphis” with Ben Deeter about the virtual golf course coming to downtown Memphis.
There will be three booths with projectors that include a variety of courses to choose from. Players will use real golf clubs and golf balls. However, unlike traditional golf, virtual golf takes much less time.
“A foursome can play 18 holes of virtual golf in probably about two and a half hours or so,” Duffel told KWAM.
Birdie’s will also feature a putting simulator, full-service bar and food.
The venue plans to open on South Main by the start of this year’s Masters in early April.
