Developer planning 'urban, townhouse community' on South Main Street
A developer is planning a 15-unit "urban, townhouse community" on South Main Street.
The townhomes are planned for a vacant, blighted parcel at the southwest corner of the intersection of South Main Street and Carolina Avenue. The 0.7-acre, triangle-shaped lot is also bordered by the Illinois Central Railroad line.
