Downtown Memphis housing is in demand.
According to Rent Cafe, Memphis was one of the country's most competitive rental markets last year.
“We know that residential apartment occupancy is at about 95% Downtown,” said Paul Young, president of the Downtown Memphis Commission. “We know that demand continues to be high for apartments.”
