Memphis Park Now Hosts a Peace Project
The Commercial Appeal. October 30, 2020. If you head down to Fourth Bluff Park, you’ll no longer be met only with car horns, snippets of pedestrian cellphone conversations and the other usual sounds of Downtown Memphis life.
Thanks to a recent auditory art installation, dubbed the Memphis Peace Project, visitors to the park will now be met with sound recordings meant to inspire peace, relaxation and introspection, according to the artists behind the venture.
