The approximately 4,300 square feet of retail space is proposed as the future home of the Memphis Filling Station, a home grown microbrewery. It will take the majority of the building that now only includes Renee’s Sandwich Shop.
Located close to Wiseacre Brewery Company and the South Main neighborhood, the project will work in concert with the existing attractions and planned projects like Desoto Lofts at 154 GE Patterson.
