Consideration of the request from Big River Partners, LLC for an amendment to the 30-year TIF for the redevelopment of 21 acres on Union Avenue, Fourth Street, Gayoso Avenue and on East and West sides of Danny Thomas Boulevard, Memphis, Tennessee; explanation of request; authorization of execution of necessary documents; and consideration of any other matters in connection therewith.
IV. Consideration of the request from 18 Main, LLC for a 30-year PILOT for the redevelopment of thirteen parcels located on the east side of N. Front Street and the half-block between Main Street and 2nd Street, generally in the two blocks between Shadyac Avenue and Jackson Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee; explanation of request; authorization of execution of necessary documents; and consideration of any other matters in connection therewith.
