IV. 1162 Peabody Place: Request for a 10-year PILOT for new construction of a 12-unit multifamily apartment development.

V. 1331 Union Avenue: Request for a 12-year PILOT for renovation of an existing office building for use as a 181-unit multifamily apartment development with ground-floor commercial space and a 400-space parking garage.

VI. 421 Monroe (Cycle Shop): Amendment to the previously-approved PILOT to add additional development of 108 multifamily apartment units to the site.

VII. Liberty Park Mixed-Use Development: Request for a 15-year PILOT for new construction of a 200-unit multifamily apartment development with ground-floor commercial and a 200-key hotel.

VIII. 480 Union Avenue (Rise II Apartments): Request to modify the closing deadline for the previously-approved PILOT.
