Pursuant to prevailing law, State of Tennessee Executive Order No. 78, County of Shelby and City of Memphis Executive orders, the Downtown Mobility Authority (“DMA”) has determined meeting electronically is necessary to protect the health, safety, and welfare of Tennesseans in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Public notice is hereby given to all residents of the City of Memphis, TN, and all persons interested that an open public meeting of DMA will be held, via electronic means only, on Wednesday, March 17, 2021, commencing at the hour of 4:00 p.m.

THERE WILL BE NO PHYSICAL PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE PUBLIC MEETING.

authorization of execution of necessary documents; and consideration of any other
matters in connection therewith.

V. Consideration of loan from Memphis Center City Revenue Finance Corporation for the
construction of a parking garage at 47 Keel and the lease of such garage to Wolf River
Harbor Holdings, LLC or an affiliate thereof; explanation of request; authorization of
execution of necessary documents; and consideration of any other matters in
connection therewith.
