As part of the effort to update the Unified Development Code (UDC) for Memphis and Shelby County, the Division of Planning and Development (DPD) is partnering with the Downtown Memphis Commission (DMC) to revise and modernize the Sign Code that applies to properties within the Central Business Improvement District (CBID). Please join us for one of the following sessions to share your perspective on how the Downtown Sign Code can best serve the needs of property owners, businesses, design professionals and the broader Downtown community:
- Session 1: Sign Company Focus Group Meeting | 9am-9:50am
- Session 2: Developer/Property Owner Focus Group Meeting | 10am-10:50am
- Session 3: Business Owner Focus Group Meeting | 1pm-1:50pm
- Session 4: General & Resident Meeting | 2pm-2:50pm
