Madai’s work has traveled the country for its raw honesty, exploring race, faith and the unfolding story of America. As the nation wrestles with debates over Project 2025, widening social division and the attempt to silence Black history, this exhibition arrives at a time that feels almost prophetic.
Each piece is a testament to resilience — a reminder that while some may try to remove Black history from classrooms, they cannot erase it from our spirit or from the art world.
