Details
The Memphis Child Advocacy Center will raise the Children’s Memorial Flag for children who have died due to abuse or neglect in the past 12 months. Rabbi Micah D. Greenstein, Mayor Paul Young, Juvenile Court Judge Tarik B. Sugarmon, and other community leaders will speak. A dove will be released for each child. The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office Pipes & Drums and the MPD Peacemakers will perform. April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month. In case of rain, event will be in the Shelby County Administration Building lobby. #CACRemembers
