Flyway Comedy Club showcases the funniest touring and local underground comedians we can find the last Saturday of every month, and this month, we're excited to have St. Louis-based comics Jeremy Hellwig & Milly McDermott (Moontower, SF Sketchfest) closing out our last show before we take a summer hiatus. Hosted by Charlie Vergos (The Onion; Laughing Skull Festival) and featuring tba sets from the usual strange creatures we've seen being funny in other bars around the city, this'll be a fun night to enjoy stand-up the way it was meant to experienced--live and in-person.
Doors open at 7, show starts at 8. Tickets are $10 online if you order in advance, but $15 if you purchase day of the event or at the door, so get them ahead of time! Also, if you're worried about trying to plan around dinner, don't! Flyway has a great kitchen and you can order food at the bar and have it brought to you in the show room. Come relax, have a drink, and laugh with us!
About Jeremy:
Jeremy is a comedian, playwright, podcaster and filmmaker based in St Louis. He is funny. His hourlong special, Wronged From Above is available wherever you stream audio. His sketch/filmmaking group FATAL BUS ACCIDENT has performed on SF Sketchfest and was named the best comedy show in St Louis by The Riverfront Times. He hosts the live storytelling podcast Sorry Please Continue. He has performed on Moontower, Bird City, Flyover, Big Pine, Fountain City, and Memphis Comedy Festivals, as well as headlining independent shows all over the Midwest.
About Milly:
Milly McDermott is a published cartoonist and comedian based in Missouri. She’s produced shows in New York City, St.Louis, and Shenyang, China.
