Holy moly, Stromboli - WISEACRE and Little Bettie are going to be on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives in early January!!! We were told that if you put our pizza on a flip flop it would taste good, and if you want to try be our guest during our watch party at downtown HQ/Little Bettie on @FoodNetwork’s #DDD on Friday, January 12th at 8:00pm. We will be serving up slices & snacks while we tune in! #DDD #THUDBUTT We also haven't put a porchetta that you won't forgetta on a pizza...but the Thud Butt is pretty close and maybe that's why the Mayor of Flavortown chose to feature it! In all seriousness, we are so proud of Jared, Dacus, Darnell, and Quan!!! Those first 3 have been here for years putting out amazing pizza night-in and night-out. Watch Chef Jared in the kitchen talk with Guy Fieri about New Haven pizza, learn about our unique processes, and just watch him ham it up while going toe-to-toe with the Food TV legend.
