Enjoy Easter and celebrate Spring at the “South’s Grand Hotel” with Easter Brunch on the Mezzanine overlooking the Grand Lobby. The lavish buffet features hundreds of hot and cold items, including breakfast dishes like made-to-order omelets and waffles, holiday favorites and seasonal side dishes; a carving station with prime rib and glazed ham, assorted salads and toppings, chilled seafood, shellfish and sushi, antipasto, grilled vegetables and smoked sausages, plus an elaborate 32-foot-long dessert table overflowing with bite-sized cakes, pies, house-made ice cream and other sweets from the Peabody Pastry Shop.
