Looking for a fun, low-impact workout? Join Memphis River Parks Partnership for free Zumba Gold classes with instructor Monica on Tuesdays from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at River Garden.
This class is designed for active older adults, but open to anyone 18+ looking to dance their way to better health. Stick around after class for a 30-minute line dancing session with your classmates.
