This event is for Indiviuals suffering from mental health issue to come and walk fo 5 to 10 miles. There are some many benefits in walking. Reduces stress ,anxiety and depression while boost mood. Giving individuals the confidence of creativity and self-esteem. While slowly gaining their independence back into society. And living the life with tools and techniques to face these ongoing health issues.
