Celebrate Mother’s Day with an elevated three-course brunch at Paulette’s, curated by Executive Chef Guy D. Sockrider, C.E.C., Maître Rôtisseur. This refined dining experience blends Southern tradition with coastal influence.

Begin with your choice of Cream of Wild Mushroom Bisque or a Spring Salad with Kalamata olives, heirloom pear tomatoes, and tarragon vinaigrette.

Entrées include Eggs Hussarde with poached eggs on a Holland rusk, Nueske smoked pork loin, and Marchand de Vin, or Florida yellow edge grouper topped with lump crab and beurre blanc, served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and French green beans.

Finish with Banana Foster Bread Pudding with warm Blue Note bourbon caramel sauce.
