Join us for an unforgettable evening at our Golden Hour Jambalaya and Boudin Ball Experience! Enjoy a laid-back atmosphere as we celebrate the delicious flavors of New Orleans!

What to Expect:

• Welcome Drinks: Kick off the night with our refreshing Hurricane cocktails. They're the perfect way to start your evening and get into the Orleans Spirit!

• Hands-On Cooking Class: Get ready to roll up your sleeves! You'll learn to make jambalaya from scratch, guided by Chef Bean. It's all about having fun while cooking up this New Orleans favorite.

• Chef Demonstration: Chef Bean will show you how to make tasty Boudin Balls. You'll get to see the process up close and personal and learn some tips along the way. Yes! You get to enjoy them too!

• Plating Tips: After cooking, we'll share some simple plating techniques so you can present your Jambalaya like a certified Chef. It's all about making your dish look as good as it tastes!

• Enjoy our Meal: As the sun sets, dig ino your homemade Jambalaya and enjoy the relaxed vibe of the evening. It's a perfect time to chat with friends and savor your delicious creation.
