Being a mom requires a powerhouse of strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Often, we’re so busy being the "glue" for everyone else that we forget to strengthen our own foundation.

This Mother’s Day weekend, give yourself the gift of an hour that belongs entirely to you. Join us on Saturday, May 9th at 10:00 AM at Medical District Park for an outdoor Mat Pilates session designed to make you feel "Life Proof."

We are so excited to feature the team from The Well Pilates (Southaven) as our guest instructors! They’re bringing their expert energy to the park to help us get "Life Proof" strong.

The Experience:

  • Mat-Based Strength: No machines, no mirrors, just you and the elements. We’ll focus on the principles to build a core that supports you through every "mom-moment."
  • The "Mental Reset": Breathwork and flow to clear the mental clutter and leave you feeling unshakeable.
  • Community Connection: Move alongside other women who understand that "balance" is a verb, not a destination.

  • When: Saturday, May 9 | 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • Where: Medical District Park (Meeting under the pavilion)
  • Who: Moms of all stages. (Come solo for some "me-time" or bring your daughter for a shared workout!)
  • What to bring: A yoga/Pilates mat and water.
