Join ULI Memphis Young Leaders Group (YLG) for a tour of the DeSoto Lofts, an adaptive reuse project led by UrbanARCH.

Originally constructed in 1913 as the DeSoto Hotel, it later served as the Prince Hall Masonic Lodge. The property was then later bought by AOD Properties for redevelopment and now houses UrbanARC on the ground floor, along with 10 apartment units on the two upper floors.

Brian Bullard, as part of both UrbanARCH and AOD Properties, will also be on hand for the tour to lead discussion around the redevelopment process for the project - including the use of historic development tax credits.

This event is FREE to all ULI members with the following fee(s) for nonmembers: $20 private | $15 public/nonprofit | $10 student/under35
