Details
Speed chess! Blitz rated, USCF membership required. 5 rounds. Registration required before first round begins at 5:00 PM; tournament lasts for 5 rounds and concludes by 6:00 PM. With 16 or more players, we will split sections at U1501, and with 24 or more players we will split sections at U1301 and U1701. Cash prizes to top finishers! ***On 2nd Saturdays, the start time is later, 7pm***
Time Control
G/5 on odd weeks/saturdays (1st, 3rd, 5th)
G/3+2 on even weeks/saturdays (2nd, 4th)
Admission / Entry Fee (please register downstairs at the Chess Office)
- 1st Saturday of the month:
- $20 for members!
- $25 for non-members.
- All other Saturdays without longer tournaments:
- $5 for members
- $10 for non-members.
