Namaste in the Medical District! No need to go far to fit a workout in. Just walk, bike or Groove on over to Health Sciences Park for a free yoga class with Camille Potter every Thursday evening in May and Wednesday evening in June at 5:30 pm.
All levels are welcome, just don’t forget your water bottle and mat. Registration is required and space is limited so be sure to grab your spot today and we’ll see you under the pavilion.
