The firm originated when Lundy W. Daniel “hung his shingle” in 1968. Since that time his son, Ben Daniel, joined the firm in 1993, and Ben’s wife Elizabeth Daniel joined in 1995. Our firm continues to have our family at the core of our law firm—both as its staff and as our mission, which is to treat each client as a member of our family.
