Apartments with Mississippi River views planned for Downtown
A new apartment building could be filling one of the last vacant pieces of Downtown with unobstructed views of the Mississippi River.
NCE Realty LLC, operating as Riverview Plaza LLC, is seeking a tax abatement to develop a five-story apartment building at 675 S. Riverside Drive on a long-vacant parcel located between River Tower at South Bluffs and The Artesian along Riverside Drive.
The company estimates the 113,080-square-foot project will have 141 residential units and cost $26.5 million to develop. This includes 14 two-bedroom units, 77 one-bedroom units, and 50 studio apartments.
