Charlie Vergos Rendezvous reopens on #901 Day with new hours and outdoor alley seating

For decades, guests to Charlie Vergos Rendezvous have enjoyed the restaurant's world-famous dry ribs in a windowless basement that may be the most famous dining room in Memphis. The restaurant, which has been closed for dine-in eating since July, reopens Sept. 1 with a new dining area in the alley alongside the building.
