Chef to open new restaurant venture Downtown
Jimmy "Sushi Jimmi" Sinh said one of his favorite things to make is sashimi.
"Sashimi has to be perfect. The knife has to be balanced on both sides to cut a sashimi perfectly," Sinh said.
Now, Chef Sinh is bringing that level of expertise to his next venture, Next Level Chef’s Kitchen, set to open in about a month and a half at 496 Tennessee St. in the former By the Brewery space.
