Downtown area's Chick-fil-A set to open soon

The new Chick-fil-A in Uptown at 550 Uptown St. has set its opening date. It will open at 6 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 25.

The new Chick-fil-A will be the first in the Downtown area. The Midtown location at 1980 Union Ave. recently reopened after renovations.

The Uptown location is 2,700 square feet and is bounded by Thomas Street, A.W. Willis Avenue, Uptown Street, and Mill Avenue.
