Downtown board backs incentives for law firm, church and former Puck Food Hall
The Center City Development Corp. board on Wednesday, March 18, approved incentives for a trio of Downtown projects.
The projects were submitted earlier in the month.
The Downtown Memphis Commission subsidiary first approved a $60,000 exterior improvement grant for Pickford Law Firm PLLC at 243 Adams Ave.
