Downtown hotel sold
A Downtown Memphis boutique hotel has changed hands.
Blue Suede Hospitality Group sold the Rambler Hotel, an 18-room hotel at 400 S. Main St., according to an April 8 news release from real estate firm Marcus & Millichap.
Lucas Jalenak, Alexandre Duong, and Jody McKibben with Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, 400 South Main LLC; and Ian Grusd and Connor Curtin with Marcus & Millichap’s Auction Services secured the buyer, according to the release.
