Front Street buildings undergo renovations as art museum nears debut
Downtown Memphis is set to see some buildings renovated in preparation for the opening of the $222 million Memphis Art Museum.
The developers of 48 and 64 S. Front St. are set to appear before the Design Review Board (DRB), an affiliate of the Downtown Memphis Commission (DMC), in August to review exterior upgrades to the two three-story structures built in the 1800s.
