Grind City Brewing pulling beers from restaurants, stores
Grind City Brewing Co. will soon take its beers out of the wholesale market, including bars, restaurants and liquor stores.
The brewing company announced on social media that the 2,500-square-foot taproom at 76 Waterworks Ave. will soon be the exclusive location to buy and drink Grind City beers, available on tap or to-go.
Grind City will have a gradual transition to stop the beer supply to local stores, allowing customers a short period to find beer locally.
The building will undergo renovations, which will not affect customers. The social media post did not detail what the renovations would include, but it said updates would be shared.
Grind City Brewing Co. and Barbian Entertainment will open a new amphitheater, Grind City Amp, to be built on its nearly two acres of property, in the same place where they held their first Grind City Fest last year.
The 4,500-capacity amphitheater is scheduled to open in spring 2026, featuring a series of frequent concerts, including the return of Grind City Fest in 2026.
