Harborside at Conwood Flats brings new apartments, rooftop dog park, pickleball to Downtown
This was always the vision, he said pointing at the Varsity Spirit headquarters, this was the version of a Main Street for this project. The intersection of Keel Avenue and Front Street is now home to Varsity Spirit, Conwood Flats, The Kent event space and the soon-to-be completed Harborside at Conwood Flats apartment complex.
The latter, Harborside, is the final piece of the redevelopment of the former American Snuff district in Memphis' Uptown neighborhood. Construction on the 292-unit apartment complex is expected to finish in March.
