Historic South Main building reimagined by new owners

The new owners of the former Puck Food Hall space are set to add a diverse group of impactful nonprofits to Downtown Memphis — filling a historic building that has seen many lives.

November 6 Investments, the development group behind the $29 million adaptive reuse of the Greyhound building in Uptown, requested a $60,000 exterior improvement grant from the Downtown Memphis Commission's (DMC) Center City Development Corp. (CCDC) to repair and redevelop the three-story, circa 1910 building at 409 S. Main St.
