Holiday season kicks off in Downtown Memphis
The holiday season has begun in downtown Memphis, with the lighting of the Christmas tree on Saturday evening.
The tree was officially lit just before 5 p.m., but the the party start earlier with live music, a Santa Claus sighting, and people drinking hot chocolate. Most importantly hundred of people came out and enjoyed themselves across downtown.
The corner of Peabody Pl. and S. Main St. was filled with onlookers ready to see the holiday vibes takeover Downtown Memphis.
