New tourist attraction opens that could draw 1M visitors

The Memphis Flyway observation deck is officially open and expecting to draw a million annual visitors to the Mississippi Riverfront.

The new tourist attraction was created by the award-winning designers behind Tom Lee Park’s redesign.

Following the June 12 opening ceremony, visitors are now able to experience the view for themselves — and all for free.
