Ida B. Wells Plaza reopens in Downtown Memphis
The City of Memphis reopened Ida B. Wells Plaza on Thursday morning.
The plaza located at the corner of Beale Street and 4th Street was renamed for Wells in 2022. Two years prior, the city unveiled a statue in her honor.
