Comeback Coffee is ready to take its signature line of coffee sodas nationwide.
The independent coffee shop in the Pinch District of Downtown Memphis has just opened its new coffee soda production facility.
Hayes and Amy McPherson, along with their business partner Ethan McGaughy, built a two-story, 10,000-square-foot building two doors down from their coffee shop. The new facility will allow them to increase production of coffee sodas nearly six-fold.
“We will go from making 50 gallons to 300 gallons,” said Hayes, explaining the increased production will enable them to expand nationwide.
