Memphis development: renovation of historic Tri-State Ironworks Building to begin
Commercial Appeal. September 2, 2020. Wolf River Harbor Holdings LLC filed a $3.2 million permit Tuesday to turn the 28,000-square-foot Tri-State Ironworks Building in Uptown into an events center. The group behind the redevelopment includes Billy Orgel, Tom Marsh, Jay Lindy and Adam Slovis.
